2型糖尿病合并冠心病中医证型与血浆HCY、hs-CRP相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)并冠心病(CAD)的中医证型与HCY和Hs-CRP的关系。方法选择T2DM并CAD患者82例,中医辨证分为痰瘀互阻证、寒凝血瘀证、肾阳虚衰证3个证型,另设健康对照组30例,各组分别测定血浆高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平,并进行组间比较。结果与健康对照组相比,痰瘀互阻组及寒凝血瘀组、肾阳虚衰组各组HCY水平、hs-CRP水平明显增高;与肾阳虚衰组相比,痰瘀互阻组和寒凝血瘀组HCY水平、hs-CRP水平均明显增高(P均<0.05);痰瘀互阻组和寒凝血瘀组之间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论血浆HCY、hs-CRP水平与T2DM合并CAD中医各证型之间有相关性,有可能作为T2DM合并CAD中医临床辨证论治的客观依据。Objective：To study the HCY and hs-CRP in each TCM type of the patients with type 2 diabetes and CAD.Methods：82 cases of T2DM and CAD were divided into 3 Chinese medicine syndrome groups including of the phlegm and blood stasis transimpedance syndrome,the blood stasis due to cold stagnation syndrome and the kidney-yang deficiency syndrome in addition to normol control group with 30 cases.The fasting plasma levels of HCY and hs-CRP were detected and analyzed among these groups.Results：HCY and hs-CRP levels in the all of the TCM syndrome types of T2DM and CAD patients were higher than those in the healthy control significantly.HCY and hs-CRP levels in the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis transimpedance were higher than those in the TCM syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency significantly（P 均0.05）.There was no significant difference of HCY and hs-CRP levels between the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis transimpedance and blood stasis due to cold stagnation（P 0.05）.Conclusion：There is correlation between the plasma levels of HCY,hs-CRP and the TCM syndrome types of T2DM and CAD patients.The level of plasma HCY,hs-CRP may serve as a sensitive indicator for TCM syndrome tapes diagnosis.
