硝黄胶囊治疗漆性皮炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察硝黄胶囊治疗漆性皮炎的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪片、维生素C片、葡萄糖酸钙片口服。治疗组给予硝黄胶囊口服。两组患者均按皮损情况适当外用本院自制的炉甘石洗剂外涂。对照观察其临床疗效,对比两组治疗前后症状、体征改善情况。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论硝黄胶囊治疗漆性皮炎的疗效确切。Objective：To observe the effect of Xiaohuang Capsule on lacquer dermatitis.Methods：60 patients were randomly dividied into two groups.Control group were treated with Cetirizine hydrochloride tablets,vitamin C,calcium gluconate tablets.And the treatment group were given Xiaohuang Capsule.Both groups were coated with calamine lotion according to skin lesions.And the clinical effect,the improvement of symptoms and physical signs of both groups were observed.Results：The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（P0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion：Xiaohuang Capsule has well effects on lacquer dermatitis.
