中西医结合治疗前庭大腺囊肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价以清热解毒洗剂坐浴配合阴道上药,及西药抗感染的联合治疗治疗女性前庭大腺囊肿的有效性和安全性。方法 305例患者随机分为治疗组(清热解毒洗剂坐浴配合复方莪术油栓阴道上药,及西药抗感染的联合治疗)和对照组(高锰酸钾坐浴及口服西药抗感染)。连续用药7 d,分别于给药后1周和4周进行临床治愈及复发率的比较。结果两组患者临床综合疗效比较:给药后1周,治疗组和对照组的临床有效率分别为92.12%和87.86%,给药后4周,治疗组和对照组的临床有效率分别为87.27%和62.13%。治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论清热解毒洗剂坐浴配合复方莪术油栓阴道上药,及西药抗感染的联合治疗女性前庭大腺囊肿明显优于传统pp粉坐浴及口服西药抗感染治疗。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of sitz bath with Qingrejiedu Lotion combined with Vaginal drugs,anti-infective drugs on cyst of bartholins gland. Methods： 305 patients were divided into treatment group （given sitz bath with Qingreji.edu Lotion combined with Vaginal drugs,anti-infective drugs） and control group （given sitz bath with potassium permanganate and anti-infective drugs oral）. The treatment course was lasted for 7 days. The cure and recurrence rate of both groups at one week and four week after treatment were compared. Results： One week after treatment,the efficiency of treatment group and control group were 92.12% and 87.86% respectively,which were 87.27% and 62.13% respectively 4 weeks after treatment. The effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈 0.05）. Both groups appeared no adverse reactions. Con- clusion： Sitz bath with Qingrejiedu Lotion/~ombined with vaginal administration compound curcuma oil suppositories,anti-infective drugs has good effect on cyst of bartholins gland,which is better than sitz bath with potassium permanganate and anti-infective drugs oral.
