Purification of Piggery Wastewater by Pennisetum Planted in a Floating Phytoremediation System During Summer and Autumn

摘  要:夏秋两季节,在盛装容积为50L高富营养化猪场污水的塑料箱中放置泡沫塑料板作为浮体材料,并用有孔塑料小杯作为漂浮植物修复系统,在简易大棚内种植狼尾草进行植物净化试验,分别测定了污水中的总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)和化学需氧量(CODCr)在种植狼尾草过程中的含量变化情况.结果表明:在夏秋两季经42 d生长之后,狼尾草生长良好,生物量大,其鲜重分别是初始种植时的5.5-9.6倍.狼尾草对去除废水中TN、TP和CODCr都具有较好的去除效果.狼尾草在夏季和秋季的不同阶段对去除废水TN均有效,其贡献量达到28%~38%;对TP的去除率是秋季高于夏季,在秋季第二阶段高达60%左右;对CODCr的去除率也是秋季高于夏季,在秋季不同处理中去除率达到50%~65%.狼尾草在飘浮植物修复系统栽培中具有良好的去污效果.In a simple greenhouse,Pennisetum(Pennisetum americanum× P.purpureum) was cultured in a floating phytoremediation system with plantation cups inserted into a polyfoam plate that floated in the upper part of a plastic box filled with 50 L piggery wastewater.The contents of chemical oxygen demand(CODCr),total N(TN) and total P(TP) in the piggery wastewater were tested during the growth of the plant.The results showed that Pennisetum could grow well in the floating phytoremediation system,the fresh weight being 5.5-9.6 times of the initial weight of planting.Pennisetum had better removal effect on TN,TP and CODCr in wastewater.Pennisetum was effective for the removal of TN in wastewater in different stages between summer and autumn,its contribution to reach 28% ~ 38%;In contrast,the removal rate of TP in autumn was higher than that in summer,which in second stage of autumn was up to about 60%.The removal rate of CODCr in autumn was also higher than that in summer,which was 50%~65% in different treatments of autumn.Pennisetum had good effects on the removal of pollutants in the floating phytoremediation system.
