摘  要:以大泷六线鱼为研究对象,研究了其从初孵仔鱼到幼鱼(0~100d)4种消化酶活力的变化。结果表明,大泷六线鱼的早期生长发育阶段4种消化酶呈现不同的变化趋势,随着鱼苗的生长发育,胃蛋白酶活力逐渐增大;胰蛋白酶活力整体呈现逐渐上升的趋势,0~30d内于20d时达到峰值后下降,40d后胰蛋白酶活力再次增大,并于60d时达到最大值;淀粉酶活力于20d时达到最大值后下降并呈现较平稳的变化;脂肪酶活力于5d达到最小值,40d后脂肪酶活力逐渐升高。The activity of four digestive enzymes in larval and juvenile Hexagrammos otakii(0~100d)was studied.Different trends of variation were observed for the four digestive enzymes duirng the early developmental stages.The activity of pepsin gradually increased with growth and development of the fry;the activity of trypsin initially showed a gradual upward trend,though declined after reaching its peak at 20d,and then increased again after 40dand reached its maximum at 60d.The activity of amylase decreased after reaching the maximum at 20dand maintained smooth change.The activity of lipase reached a minimum at 5dand gradually increased after 40d.
