摘  要:莱钢与北京科技大学合作对50t电炉供氧技术进行了系统研究和改进,先后采用了炉门水冷碳氧枪、电炉炉壁集束氧枪、二次燃烧、电炉用氧模块化控制等技术,用氧技术的进步,支撑了50t电炉高比例热装铁水冶炼工艺,提高了电炉生产效率和氧气利用率,使冶炼电耗、电极消耗等消耗指标大幅降低,取得了良好的冶金效果和经济效益。In cooperation with Beijing University of Science and Technology, the oxygen supplying technology for 50t electric furnace has been studied and improved systematically, lots of technologies have been used one after anoth?er such as the furnace door water-cooled carbon-oxygen gun, electric furnace wall coherent oxygen lance, the second?ary combustion furnace with oxygen, modular control technology for electric furnace, and so on. Process of technology for supplying oxygen supported a smelting process with high proportion of hot metal charging in 50t electric furnace, improved the production efficiency and the utilization rate of oxygen, made the electric power consumption, electrode consumption and other consumption to be reduced greatly, so the good metallurgical effect and economic benefit were achieved.
