摘  要:为探明雪茄外包皮烟叶在成熟过程中主要化学成分的变化趋势,以雪茄外包皮烟品种GH-1为试验材料,分别在打顶后0、7、14、21、28、35 d取中部烟叶进行化学成分分析。结果表明:打顶后,随着叶片的成熟烟碱含量呈现上升趋势,特别是打顶后前21 d上升较为迅速。总氮含量在打顶后前10 d迅速上升,之后呈现缓慢下降趋势。从打顶到叶片成熟,氮碱比一直呈下降趋势,且打顶后的前21 d下降较为明显。成熟前期总糖、还原糖含量呈现明显的上升趋势,达到高峰后开始下降。钙和镁含量在成熟过程中呈现出上升的趋势,而钾含量则相反。In order to ascertain the change trends of main chemical components in cigar -wrapper tobacco leaves during matu-ration, we analyzed the chemical components in the middle leaves of cigar -wrapper tobacco variety GH -1 on the 0th, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and 35th day after topping.The results showed that:along with the continuous maturity of leaves , the content of nicotine significantly showed an increasing trend , especially during 1~21 days after topping; whereas the total nitrogen content increased rapidly during 1~10 days, and then slowly decreased.The ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine constantly declined from topping to mat-uration, especially during the earlier 21 days after topping.The contents of total sugar and reduced sugar obviously increased in ear -lier maturing period, and slightly decreased after reaching the peak .The contents of calcium and magnesium showed an increasing trend during maturation, while potassium content showed the opposite tendency .
