摘　　要：根据农村信息化理论和相关文献,结合专家调查法,筛选并确定了我国农村信息化的20个主要影响因素。应用解析结构模型(ISM)法分析了这些因素的关系结构,构造了一个6级递阶结构模型,从而确定了"农村信息化政策制定、执行及效果"这个因素是整个农村信息化系统的深层影响因素。According to the rural informationization theory and relevant literatures , through using expert investigation method , the paper screened out and identified 20 main factors affecting Chinese rural informationization .Interpretative structural model was used to analyze the relation structure of these factors .A six-level hierarchical structure model was constructed , which determined that “the formulation, implementation and effect of rural informationization policy” was a deep-level factor affecting entire rural in-formationization system.
