摘　　要：针对红土镍矿浸出工艺特点,论述了该工艺控制方案和检测仪表选型要求,重点阐述了加压釜排料工艺设计方案及排料控制阀的选型特点,介绍了加压釜排料闪蒸器的工艺特点、控制要求和闪蒸器液位检测方法。According to characteristic of leaching process of late6te-nickel ore, the paper discusses control option of the process and demands on selection of inspection instrument, emphasizes the option of autoclave discharge process design and characteristic of selection of discharge control valve, and introduces process characteristic and control demand of autoclave discharge flash evaporator and method of liquid level inspection of flash evaporator.
