摘  要:设计加工了一种用以研究高温高压环境下粉末颗粒点火燃烧性能的实验装置,利用该装置开展了镁粉在CO2气体中点火燃烧性能的实验研究。实验结果表明,镁粉在CO2气体中的点火温度在830~980 K之间,且点火温度与镁粉粒径和环境压强之间有一定的关系;镁粉点火燃烧由局部表面反应开始,随后火焰迅速覆盖整个镁粉表面,在燃烧火焰上方有大量的镁蒸气向四周扩散传播,整个燃烧过程中都伴随有脉动燃烧现象;镁粉在CO2中的燃烧,气相燃烧同颗粒表面的多相反应同时发生,但整个过程是扩散控制的蒸气相燃烧。An experimental setup was designed and established to investigate the ignition and combustion characteristics of pow- der particles in high temperature and pressure environment. A series of experiments were conducted to investigate the ignition and combustion behavior of magnesium particle with carbon dioxide. 3"he results indicate that the ignition temperature of magnesium in the environment of carbon dioxide is about 830 ~ 980 K, depending on magnesium particle diameter and pressure; the ignition be- gins with partial surface reaction, and then flame propagates to the entire surface. Above the flame, lots of vaporized magnesium dif- fuses around,and fluctuation combustion is associated during the whole combustion pross. Gas phase combustion and multi-phase re- action of particle surface simultaneously occur,and gas phase diffusion dominates the combustion process of magnesium with carbon dioxide.
