摘 要:采用在线溶液浸渍/原位固结的缠绕成型方法制备连续炭纤维增强PEK-C复合材料。考察了影响炭预浸带质量的工艺因素,分析了加工温度及纳米TiO2含量对复合材料NOL环层间剪切强度的影响,对其界面破坏机理进行了探讨。研究表明,在一定加工温度范围内,NOL环的力学性能良好,且适量的纳米TiO2可有效改善树脂和纤维的界面粘接效果,提高复合材料的层间剪切强度。The continuous carbon fiber reinforced PEK-C composites were fabricated by using on-line solution impregnation and in-situ consolidation method. The technological parameters which affect the carbon prepreg quality were investigated. The effects of processing temperature and nano-TiO2 content on the interlaminer shear strength (ILSS) of NOL rings were studied. The interracial destruction mechanism was also investigated. The results reveal that the winding NOL rings with good mechanical properties were obtained in the proper range of processing temperature. The interface adhesion between fiber and resin was strengthened by the incorooration of aoorooriate amount of nano-TiO2, and the ILSS of comoosite was further imoroved.
