摘  要:介绍了一种永磁同步电机直接驱动柔性转向架的技术方案,通过调整柔性构架横梁结构参数,可以得到较低Y向扭转角刚度。通过动力学仿真分析可知,该型转向架车辆具有较高的临界速度,平稳性较传统B型地铁稍大,但仍达到优级,轮对冲角、车轮磨耗功和轮重减载率等指标优于传统B型地铁车辆,同时,由于轴距减少使得轮轴横向力和脱轨系数有一定的增大,但仍在允许范围内。This paper introduces the technical scheme of a direct-driven flexible bogie for permanent-magnet synchronous motor, and the lower Y direction torsion stiffness can be get by adjusting the crossbeam structure parameters of the flexible frame. Through dynamic performance simulation analysis, this bogie has higher critical speed, larger slightly stability index than traditional B-type metro vehi- cle, but still reaches excellent class; the wheelset attack angle, wheel wear and unloading rate is superior to the traditional B-type metro vehicle; at the same time, the lateral axle box force and the derailment coefficient is increased due to the short wheelbase, but still with- in the allowable range.
