摘  要:缸体是城轨车辆基础制动单元——踏面制动单元中的基础框架,也是加工内容最多、工艺最为复杂的零件,缸体的加工质量直接决定踏面制动单元的制动效果。现探讨并解决了缸体设计基准、加工基准和测量基准统一的问题,分析了缸体薄壁结构在装夹、加工时的变形情况及其控制方法,提出了可靠、高效的加工路线,据此制定了合理的机加工工艺流程,并优化刀具配置,显著提高了加工效率。检测表明提出的加工工艺流程完全可以满足缸体质量要求和批量生产需要,对于踏面制动单元缸体类似零件的加工具有借鉴意义。As one of the key parts of the brake system of urban rail vehicle, the tread brake unit provides the foundation brake. In the tread brake unit, the cylinder body is the most important part with complex and difficult machining, whose quality influences braking effects. In this paper, the proper positioning methods are presented to make the design bases, machining bases and measuring bases of the cylinder body unified. The deformation problems occurring in the process of machining and clamping attributed to the thin-wall structure of the cylinder body and high precision requirements of the dimensional tolerances, are solved by experiments. The measure results indicate that the machining solutions suggested in this paper can meet the requirement of the quality and the batch production of the cylinder body, and are suitable to be extended to the machining process of similar parts like the cylinder body of tread brake unit.
