摘　　要：文章介绍了聚酰亚胺具有的优异性能,以及聚酰亚胺薄膜在液晶显示器中的应用情况。重点论述了聚酰亚胺薄膜在液晶显示器取向膜、液晶面板与驱动电路的柔性连接、驱动芯片封装、液晶面板彩色滤光片中的应用。在不同方面的应用中,对聚酰亚胺薄膜结构、性能和工艺过程的要求有较大区别,文中进行了详细的分析论述。The excellence property of polyimide and applications of polyimide film in liquid crystal display have been introduced in the article. Applications of polyimide film in alignment film, the driving IC package, flexible connection, color filter of LCD have been discussed especially. The required of polyimide film structure, property and technology is difference for difference kinds of aspects. It has been discussed in detail in the following article.
