摘 要:通过对库尔勒香梨1年生休眠枝和萌动枝进行不同剂量60Co~γ射线辐射处理,观察处理枝成活后的叶、枝、花、果的性状表现,以期找到优良的库尔勒香梨变异类型。结果显示,辐射枝条嫁接后第1年变异率较大,第2年出现变异回归现象,且第2年辐射枝条枝间距增大,叶片面积减小,辐射有利于提高库尔勒香梨果实的含糖量。30 Gy剂量的辐射对库尔勒香梨的综合影响较好,较利于库尔勒香梨新品种的选育。Taking one-year-old dormant and sprouting branches in Koala Fragrant Pear as materials, characters of leaf, branch, flower and fruit from survival branches were observed, which had been treated with different doses of ^(60)Co~γ rays, to find some fine variation types of Korla Fragrant Pear. The results show that in the first year, radiated branches have high mutational rate after grafted, and phenomenon of variation regression occurs, interval between branches is increased, and leaf area is decreased in the second year. Radiation is better for increasing sugar content in Korla Fragrant Pear. Radiation in 30 Gy has better comprehensive effects on Korla Fragrant Pear, and it favors new varieties selection of Korla Fragrant Pear.
