摘　　要：根据生产实践经验对大口径水冷金属型离心球墨铸铁管在生产时出现的椭圆缺陷进行了分析,并对引起铸铁管椭圆缺陷的设备精度进行了改进,提出了椭圆缺陷的预防措施。On regard to water-cooled type ductile iron pipe of large size,the article analyzes reason of elliptical deflection during production on basis of practical experience.We improve equipment precision which effects on ellipse,and put forward precaution measurement how to prevent pipes from becoming elliptical.
