摘  要:选取已建成投产的某煤层气集气站的其中一枝集气管网,分别采用PipePhase(多相流模拟计算软件)和TGNET(气体管道瞬态和稳态模拟计算软件)对该集气管网建模,在不考虑管道沿线高程的情况下,对煤层气不含水、含饱和水、含凝析水等多种工况进行工艺模拟计算。将计算结果与实际生产运行数据进行了对比分析,得出结论:与TGNET软件相比,PipePhase软件的计算结果更接近现场实际。因此,低压煤层气集气工艺计算软件推荐采用PipePhase,并尽量采用该软件中推荐(或默认)的状态方程和管道压降计算公式进行建模计算。Taking the branch gas gathering net in the gas gathering station in onecoalbed methane field, Pipephase (multi-phase flow calculation software) and TGNET (gas net-work transient and steady state simulation calculation software) were respectively adopted to simulate and calculate the branch gas gathering net in different working conditions of containing no water, saturated water, and condensate water. The different simulation results and the actual production data were compared and analyzed, the conclusion was that the simulation result of Pipephase was much more coincidence with me actual situation than that of TGNET. Accordingly, Pipephase was recommended to simulate the low pressure gathering system in the coalbed methane field, recommended (or tacidy approved) state equation and pipeline pressure drop calculation formula were used where possible in the modeling calculation.
