摘　　要：为更好地对土地的三维空间进行确权和管理,应努力探索符合法律规定与高效率的三维地籍管理模式。研究三维地籍的理论与方法,可在应用层面上解决土地资源立体化利用中的地籍管理问题,并为不动产登记提供技术支撑。阐述了三维地籍的内涵与基本特征,分析了三维地籍的自然属性与法律属性,探讨了三维地籍的数据模型构建与信息管理等相关技术问题,以促进现代多用途地籍功能的发挥和地籍管理的创新与发展。To better conduct the registration and management of land rights,3D cadastral management models should be used together with the laws and regulations applying to land.Research to improve the theory,methods,and applications of 3D cadastral systems should help solve cadastral management problems in land resources,by better enabling such systems to provide technical support for real estate registration.This paper examines the various characteristics of 3D cadastres,including their attributes,technical issues（e.g.,in 3D cadastral data model construction）,information management,and legal aspects.The paper seeks to promote the modern multipurpose functionality of 3D cadastral systems as well as the innovation and development of cadastral management.
