社区护士在慢性病患者知识服务过程中的角色特质及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨对慢性病患者知识服务过程中社区护士的角色特质及其影响因素。方法采用定性研究方法对12名长期从事社区工作及院校教学的专家进行深入访谈,并运用Claizzi分析程序进行资料分析。结果在对社区慢性病患者知识服务过程中,护士的角色特质主要包括:自身知识的提升者、健康意识及理念的培养者、隐性知识的挖掘者、健康行为的驾驭者;影响因素包括:社区护理人力资源配置不合理、护士理论知识及综合能力欠缺、社区护士获取的社会支持及认可度不足。结论应不断强化社区护士的能力与知识,以提高对社区慢性病患者实施有效评估与决策的水平;同时,注重培养其健康理念及意识,并加大社会投入与支持,以促进社区护士角色特质的有效发挥。Objective To explore the role functions and influencing factors of community nurses in the process of knowledge service for patients with chronic illness. Methods Totally 12 experts from community or education were deeply interviewed. The Claizzi analysis program was employed to analyze. Results The major role functions of community nurses in the process of knowledge service to the patients with chronic illness were initiates of one＇s knowledge, culturist for health concept and consciousness, digger of tacit knowledge, master of health behavior. The influence factors included unreasonable assign- ment of community nursing human resources, lacking of theory knowledge and comprehensive ability, and insufficient of social support and recognition degree to the community nurses. Conclusion Ability and knowledge of the community nurses should be strengthened, so as to implement effective evaluations and decisions for community patients with chronic illness. We should focus on training health consciousness and increasing social investment and support to promote the community nurses＇ role functions effectively.
