摘 要:研究燕麦和小黑麦种子萌发和幼苗生长对不同浓度盐胁迫的反应。结果表明:燕麦和小黑麦的种子发芽率、芽长和根长随盐浓度增加而降低,而且盐胁迫对小黑麦发芽率的影响大于对燕麦的影响。与对照相比,当盐浓度为0.0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%、1.2%、1.6%和2.0%时,燕麦种子发芽率分别为76%、81%、73%、79%、71%、69%、53%、38%和26%,小黑麦种子发芽率分别为85%、79%、51%、47%、33%、29%、1%、0%和0%。通过回归分析,燕麦种子发芽率和根长忍受极限盐浓度分别为3.13%和1.62%,小黑麦种子发芽率和根长忍受极限盐浓度分别为1.82%和1.59%。此值对盐碱地筛选燕麦和小黑麦品种具有一定参考价值。Seed germination,bud length and root length of oat and triticale under different salt stress condi- tions were studied. The results showed that seed germination,bud length and root length of oat and triticale de- creased with concentrations of NaCt solution. And the effects on triticale were greater than oat. Compared with control (salt concentration was 0.0%), the seed germination rates were, 76 %, 81%, 73%, 79%, 71%, 69%, 53%,38% and 26% for oat under 0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%,1.6% and 2.0% of NaC1 solution conditions respectively,and 85 % ,79% ,51% ,47% ,33 % ,29% ,1% ,0%% and 0% for triticale. The maximum tol- erant NaC1 concentrations for seed germination and root of oat were 3.13 % and 1.62% respectively, and they were 1.64% and 1.44% respectively for triticale.
