摘　　要：目的探讨应激免疫干预对癌症患者配偶照顾者心理应激反应及疲乏感的影响。方法目的性抽样选择111名癌症患者配偶,按照匹配原则分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规健康教育,研究组在此基础上进行应激免疫干预(主要包括放松训练及呼吸生物反馈训练),比较两组研究对象干预前后的焦虑、抑郁及疲乏水平。结果两组研究对象干预前均存在较高的心理应激反应及疲乏感(均P<0.05);3个月后,两组研究对象的焦虑、抑郁及疲乏水平均有明显下降,研究组下降的幅度更大,且干预时间与干预措施之间存在交互作用(均P<0.05)。结论癌症患者配偶照顾者存在不同程度的身心问题,应激免疫干预可有效改善其负性情绪,降低疲乏感。Objective To evaluate the effect of stress inoculation training on psychological stress and fatigue of spouse caregivers of cancer patients.Methods A total of 111 qualified spouses of cancer patients were recruited purposely and randomly assigned to an experimental group（N=56） and a control group（N=55）.Both groups were given nursing care as routine,and the intervention group was provided with additional stress inoculation training,two groups were evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,Self-Rating Depression Scale（SAS） and Fatigue Scale-14（FS-14） before and after the intervention.Results Compared to the national norms,the indicators of anxiety,depression and fatigue had significant difference（P0.05）.After the intervention,the score of SAS,SDS and FS-14 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P0.05）,There was interaction between the time and interventions.Conclusion Extent psychological problems have been existed in cancer patients＇ spouse.Stress inoculation training for the spouses of cancer patients can improve the negative emotion and reduce their fatigue.
