摘　　要：目的探讨在消毒供应中心护理管理中实施9S管理法的效果。方法引进企业9S管理法,对消毒供应中心进行有效管理:改变消毒供应中心的服务理念,建立各项规章制度,优化物品管理措施。结果实施9S管理法后,消毒供应中心的清洗质量合格率、发放物品准确率、临床满意度及质量检查评分均明显提高(P<0.01),护理缺陷发生例数也由9例减少为1例。结论将9S管理运用于消毒供应中心的管理,改善了环境质量及护理质量,提高了工作效率及临床满意度,充分体现了优质护理服务的内涵。Objective To explore the effect of the application of 9S management in nursing management of central sterile supply.Methods The strategy of the 9S management were introduced,the Central Sterile Supply Department was managed by changing service concept of the central sterile supply,and constantly improving the rules and regulations of the work,optimizing the management of clinical services.Results After the implementation of the management of 9S,The quality rate of cleaning,accuracy rate of goods distribution,clinical satisfaction and the score of quality inspection were improved significantly（P0.01）,The occurrence of nursing defects were reduced from 9 case to 1 case.Conclusion The application of 9S management in the central sterile supply department,not only the overall quality of environment and nursing management of this department,but also the work efficiency and clinical satisfaction were improved,which reflected connotation of high-quality nursing service.
