温度对中药穴位贴敷疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨温度对中药穴位贴敷疗效的影响。方法 2012年1月至2013年1月,便利抽样法选取在南京中医药大学第一附属医院江苏省中医院内分泌科治疗的60例糖尿病合并便秘患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。所有患者均给予糖尿病治疗、饮食和健康教育指导,对照组患者使用单纯中药穴位贴敷,观察组患者采用取暖贴结合中药穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者便秘症状的改善情况、首次排便时间及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的83.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者首次排便时间为(4.5±1.2)h,观察组患者为(3.6±1.4)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者皮肤发红者5例,皮肤瘙痒者3例,出现小水疱者1例;观察组患者皮肤发红者8例,皮肤瘙痒者2例。结论温度能影响中药穴位贴敷的疗效,暖宝宝贴结合中药穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病合并便秘患者的疗效显著,值得临床上推广。Objective To explore the impact of temperature on the efficacy of acupoint sticking.Methods From January 2012 to January 2013,60 cases of diabetic patients with constipation were recruited by convenient sampling in Endocrinology department of Jiangsu Province hospital of TCM and they were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group by randomized digital table.During the intervention time,both group maintained the basic treatment of diabetes and given the diet and health education guidance,while the control group using the simple acupoint sticking,the intervention group using acupoint sticking combined with warmer pad therapy for constipation.The remission of constipation symptoms,the time of first bowel movement and adverse reactions of both groups were compared.Results Both groups could relieve constipation symptoms,the effect rate of the intervention group was 90.0%,better than the control group 83.4%（P0.05）,especially first bowel movement,the time of the intervention group [（3.6±1.4） h] was significantly shorter than that of the control group[（4.5±1.2） h]（P0.05）.The adverse reactions of intervention group were 5 with skin redness,3 with itching,1 with blisters,and those were 8 with skin redness,and 2 with itching in the control group.Conclusion Temperature is an important factor in efficacy of acupoint sticking,acupoint sticking combined with warmer pad therapy for constipation is worth of spreading.
