深化行政体制改革 推进服务型政府建设

摘　　要：构建服务型政府是我国政府行政体制改革的目标,也是建设社会主义和谐社会的基础。服务型政府是一种区别于传统统治型和管理型政府的新型政府模式。转变政府职能是深化行政体制改革、构建服务型政府的核心。文章分析了当前我国政府行政体制改革面临的主要问题,提出了在社会主义和谐社会建设进程中转变政府职能、构建服务型政府的对策与建议。Setting up service-oriented government is the purpose of china government administrative system reforms and the foundation of building a harmonious socialist society. It is a new government model that distinguishes from traditional ruling and administrative government. The transformation of government functions is the core of deepening the reform of the administrative system and setting up service-oriented government. This paper analyzes the facing problems in the transformation of our government administrative system reforms and presents the suggestions and countermeasures for transforming government function and setting up service-oriented government in the orocess of buildin a harmonious socialist society.
