浅议高校班团队竞争激励机制对学风建设的促进作用

摘　　要：分析了当前高校学风建设中存在的问题和引入班团队竞争激励机制促进学风建设的理论基础,并从目标激励、情感激励和物质激励三个方面对竞争激励机制在学风建设中的运用进行了探讨。This essay analyzes the problems in the construction of the learning atmosphere in colleges and universities as well as introducing the theoretical basis of the facilitation of the class-team competitive and incentive mechanism to the construction.Besides,it also discusses about the application of the mechanism in the aspects of goal,emotion and material incentives.
