临县枣农增收的问题及对策

摘　　要：临县作为全国产枣第一县,红枣收入已是枣区农民的主要收入来源,也是全县的主导产业。但由于枣农思想保守,缺乏现代经营理念,缺乏科学技术加之政府职责不到位导致枣农收入下降甚至绝收,严重挫伤枣农栽培红枣的积极性。针对这些问题,提出树立榜样,培育枣农的市场意识;政府扶持,开拓视野,培养具有现代经营理念的新型枣农;综合配套加强科技投入;创新思路,深入研究红枣产品及红枣饮食文化;政府主导,提升红枣产品的知名度;打造品牌,开拓国内外红枣营销市场等措施建议。Linxian county is the number one county in growing dates in China.The main income of dates farmers is mainly from growing dates.In Linxian county growing dates is the main industry.Due to the lag of ideas,the lack of scientific technology and the bad performance of government responsibility,it is difficult to increase the income and the innovation of dates farmers.In order to solve the problems,based on the analysis and research,the market awareness of dates farmers should be raised;dates farmers with modern management ideas and broader horizon should be trained with the aid of the government;investment of scientific technology should be increased;the product and the diet culture of dates should be further researched with the help of new ideas;the popularity of dates should be increased with the main guide of the government;and marketing at home and abroad should be expanded by developing innovation and establishing the brand.
