摘　　要：总结肺减容术患者围手术期的护理体会 ,提出除一般肺切除术护理外 ,应重点加强术前呼吸功能的锻炼、呼吸道的准备和心理准备 ,着重提出术后保持呼吸道及胸引流管通畅 ,避免因剧烈咳嗽、咯痰而使肺组织破裂漏气的重要性。指导患者进行围手术期康复训练 。Peri-operational nursing of 5 patients with lung volume reduction surgery are summeriged.The conclusion is that besides normal lung resection nursing,it is essential to pay attention to the pre-operational respiratory exercise,airway preparation and psychological preparation.It must be emphasiged to keep the airway and the chest tube clear and avoid roughly cough which can induce lung tissue leakage.So direct patients proceed with funtional exercise in peri-operational period to increase life quality.
