摘 要:采用水热方法制备了一系列掺杂不同Yb3+离子物质的量浓度的CeF3纳米片。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)以及透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试分析技术对样品的结构和形貌进行表征。样品的发光性质包括紫外—可见激发和发射光谱、近红外发射光谱及荧光动力学等性质被系统地研究。研究结果表明,制得的CeF3纳米片结晶良好,平均粒径约为80nm,厚度8nm。激发Ce3+的5d能级,在900~1 050nm波长范围得到较强的近红外发射,这一发射波长正好与硅太阳能电池的硅带隙相匹配。随着Yb3+离子物质的量浓度的增加,Ce3+的发射强度降低,Yb3+的发射强度先增加后降低,Ce3+的寿命减少,能量传递效率增加。In this paper, a series of CeF3 nanoflakes with Yb3+ concentrations with different concentrating rates had been prepared by hydrothermal method,and characterized the appearances and structures to the samples by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission tron microscopy(TEM). Their photol scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM)and transmission elec- properties including excitation spectra, Uv-visibe, near infrared (NIR)emission spectra and fluorescence dynamics has been studied systematically. The results show that: the pre- pared CeF3 :Yb3+ nanoflakes are well crystallized,and the mean diameter is about 80 nm with the thickness of 8nrn. The 5d level energy of excitation to Ce3+ can reach an intensive infrared emission with the wavelength range of 900-1 050 nm,which will match to the energy of Si band gap of Si-based solar cells. With the increase of Yb3+ concentration,the Ce3+ emission intensity will decreases, Yb3+ emission intensity will increase first and decrease then. The lifetime of Ce3+ will decrease,and the efficiency of energy transfer will increase.
