摘 要:以石油焦基多孔炭负载SO24-/Fe2O3制成固体超强酸代替传统液体酸作为催化剂,过氧化氢(H2O2)作为氧化剂,在低温常压下用于汽油氧化脱硫研究。分别考察了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、氧化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对脱硫性能的影响,得出最佳工艺条件为:以DMF为萃取剂,萃取剂与汽油体积比为1∶1,汽油与过氧化氢的体积比15∶1,反应温度60~70℃,催化剂用量3wt%,反应时间1.5h。最佳工艺条件下脱硫率超过70%。In this paper, FCC gasoline oxidation and desulfurization technology has been studied by using solid-acid prepared by petroleum coke-based porous charcoal SO4^2-/Fe2O3 as catalyst instead of the tradi- tional liquid acid, hydrogen peroxide(H2 O2 )as oxidant, in low temperature and atmospheric pressure. Im- pacts faetors on desulfurization properties have been studied such as different catalysts, catalyst percent- age, oxidation ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time, and so on. The optimized condition has been got as follows..DMF as extractant, the extractant ratio with FCC gasoline is 1 : 1:FCC gasoline and hydrogen peroxide ration is 15 : 1 reaction temperature is 60-70 ℃,catalyst percentage is 3 wt%,reaction time is 1.5 hours. The desulfurization rate is over 70% under this optimum condition.
