摘  要:应用辊系弹性变形二维变厚度有限元模型,仿真计算了双机架二次冷轧的特殊生产工艺下两个机架的板形调控特性。仿真结果表明,无论是在双机同径模式还是在双机异径模式下,两个机架的二次及四次比例凸度均存在较大不同,这是复杂板形缺陷产生的根源。同时仿真结果也表明双机异径模式下,两个机架四次比例凸度相差不大,有利于复杂板形缺陷的控制及消除。在此基础上,分析比较了各板形控制手段的二次调控功效和四次调控功效的大小,提出了一套解决复杂板形控制问题的措施。The 1220 two-high double cold reduction mill in a factory is the first one in China. The complex shape defects, which have been hindering the normal operation of the line, were easily appeared in this unit since it put into production. To solve the problem, this paper calculates the plate shape control characteristics in DCR unit and its special production process by using the finite element model for elastic deformation of rolls. The result of simulation shows that there are great differences in the quadratic and quartic proportional crown of two high, no matter in the condition of same diameter of two-high or the different. And this is the root of the complex shape defects. Meanwhile, the result also shows that, the quartic proportional crown of two high has little difference in the condition of different diameter of two-high, which is benefit for the control of complex shape defects. On that basis, this article analyzes and compares various kinds of method for quadratic and quartic proportional crown control. A set of measures to control the complex shape defects has been put forward. It has been applied to production and achieved satisfactory results.
