摘  要:为探索黄褐斑发病机理,建立黄褐斑的动物模型,选择20只雌性大鼠,肌肉注射黄体酮注射液1次/日,7.5 mg/kg,连续注射30 d。结果表明,黄体酮注射30 d后,大鼠皮肤和肝脏的酪氨酸、MDA含量升高,SOD含量降低,皮肤病理形态学观察黑色素沉着面积扩大、着色加深。大鼠注射黄体酮可作为研究黄褐斑的动物模型。To investigate the mechanism of the chloasma, the mouse models were built by injecting Progester- one. The MDA, beta-parahydroxy-phenylpropionic acid in tissues, Melanoma ceils of skin of the mice in pre- vention group was significantly creased, SOD increased and Blood rheology decreased than those in normal group. It suggested that the animal model of chloasma was successfully established.
