摘　　要：目的:了解患者主索引(EMPI)的概念和用途,掌握其在医疗卫生信息系统中的应用方法。方法:系统主要采用分块、对比和匹配算法对医院原始数据进行清洗和建模,然后依照HL7V3国际标准定义消息格式体,利用WebService技术实现系统间的消息传递。结果:描述了系统所面临的诸如信息失真、信息不完整、数据欠缺标准等许多待解决的问题,通过数据分析、算法研究和技术优化来设计如何解决这些问题,最后综合医疗行业各方的需求对系统管理配置平台进行应用设计。结论:EMPI的主要用途是在一个复杂的医疗体系内,通过唯一的患者标识将多个医疗信息系统有效地关联在一起。以实现各个系统之间的互联互通,从而保证分布在不同系统中同一个患者的个人信息的完整性和准确性。Objective：To introduce the definition and purpose of Enterprise Master Patient Index （EMPI） and learn how to use it in medical health information system.Methods：In this system,the raw data from the hospital will be cleaned and modeling by using block,comparison and matching algorithm.Then according to the international standards message format of HL7 V3,messaging between systems is achieved by Web Service technology.Results：It describes the problems what the system is facing,such as information distortion,incomplete,lack of standards etc and how to solve these problems through data analysis,algorithm research and technology optimization.Finally,we will finish an applied design of system management configuration platform by integrating the demands of each side.Conclusion：The main purpose of EMPI is to achieve connection between different medical information systems from only patient＇s mark in a complex medical treatment enviroment.It can ensure the integrality and veracity of the same patient whose information is in different systems.
