摘　　要：目的:利用现代信息技术与网络资源共享,分析麻醉机故障代码信息,解决麻醉机维修中的疑难故障。方法:将远程维修(RSL)这一新技术应用到德尔格PRIMUS麻醉机开机自检失败的故障检修。通过将设备的故障代码等信息经Internet传送到远程会诊中心会诊后回馈的提示,逐步查找故障点,最终排除设备故障。结果:工程师根据经验并利用RSL工具进行综合分析,最终通过对故障代码的分析判断找出其故障之处,并通过RSL技术的提示和标示,顺利排除故障。结论:利用RSL技术,可以力图突破传统维修技术的发展障碍和瓶颈,获得相关专家及厂家技术支持,整合各方面资源,实现资源共享,最大限度地增强临床医学工程师现场修复设备的能力。Objective：To use modern information technology and network resource sharing,analysis of the anesthesia machine fault code information to exclude the failure of anesthesia machine maintenance.Methods：Remote service link （RSL）,a new technology,is applied to the Draeger PRIMUS anesthesia machine POST Failure troubleshooting.By sending the fault code information through the Internet to the remote consultation center,the feedback is sent back after the consultation of the consultation center to gradually find the point of failure.Eventually equipment failure is found.Results：The technicians can find and remove the failure by the above-mentioned method.Conclusion：The use of remote maintenance technology RSL can break through the obstacles and bottlenecks of traditional maintenance technology,get access to experts and manufacturers technical support,obtain integration of various resources to share resources to enhance clinical medical engineers on-site to maximize the ability to repair equipment
