摘　　要：目的:研究青少年漏斗胸患者的自卑心理特征及其影响因素,分析漏斗胸患者漏斗胸指数与其自卑之间的关系。方法:抽取某三级甲等综合医院胸外科青少年漏斗胸患者110例,以漏斗胸指数分级变量及胸外科病例为基础,用自卑感量表为检测手段,观察漏斗胸患者的生理、心理特征。结果:漏斗胸患者自卑较为严重,随着漏斗胸指数的增加,患者自卑总分也随之增加,差异具有统计学意义(F=13.253,P>0.0001)。事后检验发现,患者漏斗胸指数>2.52与<2.52的自卑感总分之间差异具有统计学意义。结论:漏斗胸指数越高患者的自卑倾向越严重。Objective：To explore the influencing factors and inferiority complex in adolescents with funnel chest and analyze the relationship between funnel chest index and inferiority.Methods：One hundred adolescents with funnel chest were selected from a third-grade class-A hospital of Beijing.This study adopted funnel chest index to be the independent variable and variables in funnel chest patients to be the dependent variables.We observed physiological and psychological features of funnel chest patients by FIS assessment tools.Results：Patients with higher funnel chest index score are more self-contemptuous.The difference was statistically significant （F=13.253,P0.0001）.We found that the inferiority score between the two groups （higher than 2.52 and lower than 2.52） was statistically significant.Conclusion：Patients with higher funnel chest score are more self-contemptuous.
