摘　　要：目的:探讨在目前医疗行业飞速发展的时代背景下,医学影像专业研究生培养的新方法和思路。方法:在临床能力培养、科研能力培养、演讲技巧及教学能力培养等方面进行深入探讨。结果:结合医学专业的一般规律,提出了如何通过全面发展的培养方法对研究生进行综合能力的培养。结论:综合的、国际化的培养和训练是提高医学影像专业研究生能力的必要途径。Objective：To explore new methods on training of graduate education in radiologist under the rapid development background of medical industry.Methods：To discuss the clinical ability cultivation,scientific research ability training,presentation skills,teaching ability and other several aspects.Results：Combined with the general rules of medical specialty,we proposed the plan that how to cultivate graduate education radiologist with all-round development.Conclusion：The comprehensive and international training are necessary to improve the capacity of graduate students in radiologist.
