摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在锁骨下静脉置管术的应用,并评价临床效果。方法:对135例锁骨下静脉置管患者进行舒适护理,包括穿刺前、中、后期的护理,观察置管后相关并发症。结果:135例锁骨下静脉置管术患者中2例发生皮肤瘙痒,未发生非计划性拔管、导管堵塞和导管相关的感染。结论:舒适护理在锁骨下静脉置管术的整个过程中起到减少并发症的重要作用,能有效减轻患者的痛苦,确保患者的医疗安全。Objective：To investigate the application and the clinical effects of comfortable nursing to 135 patients with subclavian vein catheterization.Methods：One hundred and thirtyfive patients with subclavian vein catheterization were undergoing the comfortable nursing including the nursing during the puncture procedure and the catheter-related complications were observed.Results：Among the 135 cases with subclavian vein catheterization,two cases occurred skin pruritus,no case with non planning drawing tube plugging and catheter-related infection were found.Conclusion：Comfortable nursing plays an important role in patient with subclavian vein catheterization,it can reduce the complication and pain of patient effectively so as to ensure the safe medical treatment.
