利用知识管理理论促使资源库向知识库转化

摘　　要：高校资源库建设一直是信息化教学过程中的重要一环，但它的建设与使用情况却不理想，并不能完全满足日益增长的多种信息化教学模式需求．信息时代背景下，人们对知识的重要性有了更深层次的理解．以知识管理理论为基础，并将该理论对知识的理解、运用与资源库的建设过程相结合，以此探索一条新的建设思路，促进高校“资源库”向着“知识库”进行转化．具体做法：充分利用原有素材资源库，细化资源库分类；建立与素材资源库相对应的知识库．The construction of resources database in colleges and universities has been an important link in the process of teaching. But its present construction can not meet the needs of the variety of informatization teaching pattern. Under the background of information age, people notice the great importance of knowledge. And based on the knowledge management theory, in combining the theory with the understanding, applying of it and the process of resources database construction, it explores a new way to promote the transformation from resource to repository. Two ways available are sub-classifying the original resources and establishing corresponding repository.
