论体育与民族传统艺术的融合

摘　　要：体育是一种增进身心健康的社会实践和文化活动,通过身体和心理的协调,参与者有意识地塑造和美化自身,并不断完善。艺术是人类所创造的至高无上的精神产品之一,它集美学、文学、音乐、舞蹈等形式各异的文化活动于一身,具有美不胜收的艺术价值和审美魅力。民族传统艺术反映着民族的信仰和精神,是艺术中不可或缺的重要部分。体育与民族传统艺术相互交织、互相融合,创造出独特的悬念之美、欣赏之美和精神之美。文章以体育与艺术的关系为视角,列举武术、音乐、绘画、戏曲等传统艺术因素在体育中的足迹和结合,以赛龙舟活动和那达慕大会为例,探析民族传统化体育特别是民俗传统体育的美学价值。Sports is a kind of social practice and cultural activities to improve their physical and mental health through the coordination of physical and mental,participants consciously to shape and beautify themselves.Art is created by the supreme human spirit one of the products.It combines aesthetics,literature and music.With a different dance forms of cultural activities,and beautiful artistic value and aesthetic appeal,National traditional art with Oriental mysterious face.From the opera to the martial arts and from national holiday to folk customs,reflecting the belief and spirit of the Chinese nation is the indispensable important part of the traditional art.In the long river of human civilization,Sports and national traditional arts are intertwined,integration with each other,create the unique beauty of the suspense,appreciate beauty and spiritual beauty.In this paper,based on the relationship between sport and art view,list the martial arts,music,painting and Opera art of traditional factors such as footprint and combining in sports.In the dragon boat events and festival as an example,it analyzes national tradition sports especially the aesthetic value of traditional folk sports.
