摘　　要：目的评价利奈唑胺治疗儿童肺脓肿的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择呼吸科住院肺脓肿患儿30例,静脉滴注或口服利奈唑胺,按每次10 mg/kg,每8小时1次,疗程2～4周。结果 30例肺脓肿患儿全部治愈。在治疗过程中未发现利奈唑胺的不良反应。结论利奈唑胺治疗儿童肺脓肿临床疗效显著,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of linezolid in children with lung abscess.Methods Thirty children with lung abscess were treated with linezolid by intravenous injection or oral administration for 2-4 weeks at dose of 10 mg/kg q8h.Results All of the 30 patients were cured successfully.No treatment-emergent adverse event was observed.Conclusions Linezolid is highly effective and safe in children with lung abscess.
