摘 要:目的了解深圳一医院产超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)大肠埃希菌的种群结构和遗传进化关系,为监测产酶菌的流行和控制提供实验室依据。方法采用多位点序列分型(MLST)方法,对27株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌7个等位基因进行扩增和测序,并与MLST数据库比对。结果 27株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌获得18个ST分型,其中4株为ST38型、3株为ST131型,新发现ST3284型和ST3285型各1株。eBURST软件分析显示序列型别为散在分布,无根进化树呈现4个主干分支。结论产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的遗传背景具有多样性,均为多重耐药菌株,应引起医院高度重视。Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the population structure and genetic evolution of Escherichia coli that express extended-spectrum beta-lactamases(ESBLs)in our hospital,and to provide an evidence for the monitor and control of epidemic outbreak of these enzyme producing bacteria.Methods Multilocus Sequence Typing(MLST)was used for this study.Seven genes of 27 samples of Escherichia coli expressing ESBLs were amplified and sequenced.The data was then analyzed and compared with MLST database.Results Eighteen ST genotypes were obtained in the 27 ESBLs-producing Escherichia coli,in which there are four ST38 and three ST131.Two novel genotypes,ST3284 and ST3285,were also found.The eBURST diagram shows a scattered distribution of the sequence type.Four main branches presents on the unrooted phylogenetic tree.Conclusions ESBLs-producing E.coli in our hospital are all multi-drug resistant(MDR)bacteria and have diversified genetic background,which calls for more attention from the hospital.
