摘 要:目的建立记录觉醒大鼠听觉皮层神经元细胞外电活动的方法。方法利用自制的大鼠头部固定器,结合大鼠固定训练,对觉醒大鼠进行有效的固定,记录听觉皮层神经元对声音的反应。结果成功记录到觉醒大鼠听觉皮层单神经元对声音刺激的反应。结论该方法成熟稳定,可应用于觉醒大鼠听觉神经学研究。Objective To establish a method to record the single-unit spike activity in the auditory cortex of awake rats.Methods Under anesthsia, a custom-made head holder was implanted on the rat's skull using steel screws and dental cement. After recovery from the surgery, the rats were trained to be fixed on the recording frame through the implanted holder. Microelectrode was penetrated into the auditory cortex to record the neural activity.Results We successfully recorded well-isolated single-unit activities from auditory cortex when the rats were listening to the sound stimuli. Conclusion This method can be stably used to investigate the physiological function of auditory cortex under the awake condition.
