QQ网络平台在改善糖尿病患者血糖控制中应用的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨QQ网络平台在糖尿病健康教育中的作用优势。方法选取160例社区糖尿病患者作为研究对象,在糖尿病基础治疗基础上,按自愿原则分为2组:普通组进行常规健康教育;QQ组在常规健康教育基础上建立QQ群,定期网上交流宣教。观察3个月后,通过比较2组患者在健康教育前后的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的变化,评价患者的血糖控制情况,从而对健康教育模式的作用效果进行对比。结果 2组患者健康教育后,血糖和HbA1c值均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);QQ组血糖和HbA1c值明显低于普通组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病健康教育可以有效地改善糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况;QQ网络平台能更好地发挥糖尿病健康教育的优势,应广泛推广应用。Objective To explore the functional advantages of the QQ network platform in the health education for diabetic patients.Methods Clinical data of 160 cases of diabetic patients from community were as the subjects of the study, and were divided into two groups randomly by their own wills. Routine health education programs were given to the common group. QQ internet group was established for the patients in the QQ group for periodic online discussions in addition to the routine health education programs. After 3 months＇ observation, to contrast the changes in the fasting blood sugar, the blood sugar 2 hours after a meal and the glycosylated haemoglobin before and after the education programs between the two groups, accordingly. The effects of the health education patterns were assessed.Results In two groups of patients after health education and the education programs, there were significant decreases in the blood sugar and the glycosylated haemoglobin, and the differences are statistically significant（P0.05）. The blood sugar and the glycosylated haemoglobin of patients in the QQ group were significantly lower than those in the common group. And the differences are of great statistical significance （P0.01）. Conclusion The diabetes health education programs can effectively improve the control over blood sugar for diabetic patients. The QQ network platform can further promote the advantage of diabetes health education programs. It deserved to be widely spread and used.
