部队车辆装备企业化修理厂服务质量重要度绩效分析方法研究

摘　　要：针对部队车辆装备企业化修理厂车辆维修综合保障效果缺乏有效评估的现实问题，在归纳反映车辆维修整体保障情况各方面信息的基础上，系统构建相关评估指标体系，通过运用重要度绩效分析方法，对部队车辆装备企业化修理厂综合服务质量进行有效评估和分析。结果表明：所提出的分析方法符合客观实际，能够更好地指导维修厂进行决策。According to actual requirement for the effective evaluation the comprehensive support effort of troops enterprization vehicle maintenance factory ,on the basis of summarizing all kinds of information which reflect the vehicle maintenance situation, this paper constructed the correspondent assessment index system. As to applying the IPA method, service quality of EVMF have been conducted. The results show that the revised importance performance analysis is consistent with objective situation,which can be used to guide EVMF business decisions better.
