摘　　要：为制定军车驾驶员心理标准，应用德尔菲法（delphi method）确定军车驾驶员心理指标；通过对1400名军车驾驶员的测试，选用百分位数法确定各项指标的正常值范围；最后运用病例对照的方法，通过152对安全驾驶员和事故驾驶员的现场测试，验证了军车驾驶员心理指标正常值及其评判方法是否合适。验证结果表明，所确定的军车驾驶员心理指标正常值及其评判方法具有较高的效度和真实性。In order to establish psychological selection criteria for the military vehicle drivers, the Delphi method was applied to constitute psychological character indices of military vehicle drivers. And testing 1 400 military vehicle drivers, this paper established the normal area of every index by using percent method. It will provide objective warranty for making the psychological standard of military vehicle drivers. In the end, this paper applies the case - control method to verify suitability of normal area of psychological indexes of military vehicle drivers and its judicial method, by testing 152 pairs of safety drivers and accident proneness drivers. The result shows that normal area of psychological indexes of military vehicle drivers and its judicial method have better effect and truth.
