摘　　要：贺龙作为中国人民解放军的主要缔造者和领导者之一，在长期的革命实践中，对如何建设好一支人民军队提出了很多具有鲜明特点的思想。主要从突出党对军队的绝对领导，建立共产党的“大山头”；军队正规化、现代化建设不能“躺着不动”；强调官兵团结、拥政爱民等三个方面进行论述，指出贺龙关于军队建设的思想不仅是毛泽东军事思想的重要体现和补充完善，而且对于当前我军建设仍然具有十分重要的指导意义。He Long as the one of the leaders of the PLA,in the long revolution practice, he brought forward many useful ideas on how to build the excellent force, such as force regular building, strengthening unity between officers and men, supporting the government and cherishing the people. This paper points out that He Long＇s military thoughts are not only the beneficial supplementary of Mao Zengdong＇ s military thoughts but also the guiding for the PLA building at present.
