腹膜透析患者左室质量指数与其它相关指标的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜透析患者左室质量指数(LVMI)与相关临床指标的关系。方法选择腹膜透析患者78例,测量血压、残余尿量、血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、超声心动图及相关临床指标,计算LVMI,并与其它相关指标进行Spearman相关分析和多元线性回归分析。结果LVMI与收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压、NT-proBNP和肌钙蛋白I(TnI)呈正相关(P<0.05),与残余尿量呈负相关(P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,左室质量指数与收缩压(β=0.542,P<0.01)、NT-proBNP(β=0.008,P<0.01)及残余尿量(β=-0.033,P<0.01)相关。结论左室质量指数与NT-proBNP均能反应腹膜透析患者左室肥厚状况。收缩压、残余尿量与左室质量指数密切相关。Objective To study the relationship between left ventricular mass index（LVMI） and other related indicators in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods Echocardiography was performed and the LVMI was calculated in 78patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Blood pressure,residual urine volume and N-terminal proB-type natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）were measured as well.Correlations between the LVMI and above indicators were tested by Spearman＇s correlation rank test and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The LVMI had a positive correlation with systolic and diastolic blood pressures,mean arterial pressure,NT-proBNP and troponin-I（P〈0.05）and a negative correlation with residual urine volume（P〈0.01）.The LVMI was independently correlated with systolic blood pressure（β=0.542,P〈0.01）,NT-proBNP（β=0.008,P〈0.01）and residual urine volume（β=-0.033,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The LVMI and NT-proBNP are the markers related to LVH in the patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis.The LVMI is closely related with systolic blood pressure and residual urine volume.
