腰椎间盘突出症手法治疗后腰部软组织张力变化研究

摘　　要：目的观察腰椎间盘突出症患者不同治疗方法后腰部的软组织张力变化,探讨其可能的机制及应用价值。方法选取腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,按干预手段随机分为手法组和牵引组,每组30例,通过测量软组织张力值证实软组织张力在腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗前后的变化。结果手法组软组织张力改善(P<0.01),牵引组软组织张力减退(P<0.05)。说明推拿手法对软组织张力改善有显著作用,但其影响过程非线性,呈反复渐进模式。牵引则无改善作用或加重其减退。结论软组织张力增高与疼痛相关,其变化可以作为反映腰突症病情的指标。以推拿手法为代表的复合治疗方法有助于缓解疼痛所引起的肌痉挛和软组织紧张。Objective To observe the change of the waist soft tissue tension after treatment with different methods in patients with lumbar disc herniation（LDH）,and to explore its possible mechanism and application value.Methods 60 patients with LDH were selected.They were randomly divided into the massage therapy group and traction group,30 cases in each group.The soft tissue tension value was measured before and after treatment to confirm the change.Results The soft tissue tension of massage therapy group was improved（P＆lt;0.01）,that of the traction group was deteriorated（P＆lt;0.05）.It showed that massage therapy could significantly improve soft tissue tension,but the improvement was nonlinear and tortuous.Traction had no improving effect or aggravated its decline.Conclusion The increasing of soft tissue tension associates with pain,and its change can be used as indicators to reflect the condition of LDH.Composite treatment including massage therapy helps to relieve muscle spasms and high soft tissue tension caused by pain.
