摘 要:目的观察维拉帕米对兔脊髓缺血再灌注神经损伤的影响。方法选用健康兔30只,随机分为3组,A组为假手术组(只穿线不结扎),B组为缺血再灌注组(腹主动脉缺血30 min后,再灌注48 h),C组为维拉帕米组(0.2 mg/kg维拉帕米静脉注射后,腹主动脉缺血30 min,再灌注48 h)。对3组动物行神经功能评价并通过病理组织学观察神经元细胞的变化,以此评价维拉帕米对兔脊髓缺血再灌注神经损伤的保护作用。结果 A组神经功能评价、神经元细胞的病理组织学观察均正常。B组神经功能出现明显障碍,神经元细胞形态异常。C组亦出现神经功能障碍,神经元细胞形态异常,但均较B组轻。结论应用维拉帕米可减轻因脊髓缺血再灌注造成的神经损伤。Objective To investigate the effect of verapamil on rabbit spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods Thirty healthy male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was sham-operated group(only wore line without ligation);Group B was ischemia-reperfusion group(abdominal aortic ischemia for 30 min,and then perfused for 48 hours);Group C was verapamil group(0.2 mg/kg verapamil intravenous injection first,abdominal aortic ischemia for 30 min,and then perfused for 48 hours).Then the nerve function and histopathology of neuronal cell changes were evaluated in order to investigate the protective effect of verapamil on spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion nerve injury.Results In group A,histopathological observations of the nerve function and neuronal cells were normal.The nerve function of group B exhibited a distinct disorder,and the morphology of neurons was abnormal either.Group C also exhibited abnormal neuron morphology,but it was lighter than group B.Conclusion Verapamil can reduce the nerve damage caused by spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion.
