摘  要:采用热压烧结法制备了Al-12Si自钎剂钎料环,对不同烧结温度下钎料的润湿性、显微硬度和显微组织进行了研究。结果表明:自钎剂钎料环在烧结温度为460℃时铺展面积达到最大值160 mm^3。随着烧结温度的提高,自钎剂钎料密度、显微硬度逐渐增大,呈上升逐渐变缓趋势。钎料显微组织由初晶硅,α-Al固溶体和共晶硅组成,初晶硅随着烧结温度的升高存在着晶粒长大现象。The ring of Al-12Si self-fluxing filler metal was prepared by hot pressed sintering,and its wetting property,microhardness,microscopic structure at different sintering temperature were studied.The results showed that the spreading areas of the self-fluxing filler metals sintered at 460 ℃ is up to maximum 160 mm^2.With increasing of the sintering temperature,the density and microhardness of the self-fluxing filler metals increase,but the increasing tendency becomes slowly.The microscopic structure of self-fluxing filler metals was composed of primary crystal silicium,a-Al solid solution and eutectic silicium.With increasing of the sintering temperature,the primary crystal silicium becomes larger.
