摘 要:通过LB-62L,LB-65L焊条熔敷金属力学性能试验,确定LB-65L为B610CF-L2钢的配套焊条,并对其焊缝金属进行焊后SR处理、焊接热输入以及有关性能试验研究。结果表明:焊缝金属的低温韧性、断裂韧性良好,_VT_E,_VT_S及NDTT温度均较低;LB-65L作为B610CF-L2钢板配套的焊条,可用于-50℃低温乙烯球罐的建造。LB-65L electrode utilized for B610CF-L2 steel was determined by mechanical properties test of deposited metal of LB-62L and LB-65L electrode.The stress relief treatment test,welding energy test and related performance test of weld metal of LB-65L electrode were studied.The results indicated that the weld metal was of high quality in low toughness-brittle transformation temperature toughness with electrode temperature and low nil-ductility transition temperature.According to the experimental results,LB-65L electrode can meet the need of B610CF-L2 steel,and be used in-50℃cryogenic ethylene spherical tank construction.
